Saab not alone
Saab is not alone in following the wrong path in it's vehicle strategy. Those out in front making hybrids are making "stop gap cars" They appease the environmentalist to some degree. The focus is mainly on electric vehicles. Right now that does not work for the future. What is needed is to "replace steel" with new materials that will be super strong and lightweight. That can be recyclable. The construction of vehicles based on new architectures must be simpler therefore making is easier to change models to suit markets. Then we can talk about the energy source, perhaps organically based.
